These 2 Barred Owlets were born at the top of a Swamp Oak, deep in the woods. I had just happened to be scanning the canopy of trees with my good binoculars, and saw them. I actually let out a little yelp. The owl momma was not pleased at all with my presence.
This is a monotype, meaning that it is the only one. It went through my etching press with archival acid-free 100% rag paper, and the backing is acid-free matboard.
